First, is probably my biggest disappointment of the week, DENZEL WASHINGTON. I am one of the many women who view this man as the sex symbol that he is, but when he throws on clothes like this, it makes me re-think his swagger. This is wrong in every possible way. Why in the world would he put on this coat/shirt thing? It is sooo big and I am totally not feeling the baggy look. And to pour salt on the wound, he puts these white things on his feet. *SMH* The sneakers are NOT, I repeat NOT okay. Pauletta is not too hot in this pic herself, but she is not issue here. Oh Denzel....please don't do this again. It looks bad, especially after seeing you look oh so handsome in the American Gangster tailored suits!
Also at the premiere of AG, is NEICY NASH in what looks like a denim dress. This brings back memories, from about 8 years ago. This looks like something that people rocked back in "the day" and I'm not feeling it at all.
This next couple is always impressing me when it comes to style, and the only reason they landed here was because of Ms. ALEXIS' shoes. I know, I know....thinking outside of the box is encouraged, but I just cannot bring myself to agree that these are hot. The dress is nice, it looks like she's wearing a piece of artwork, and the accessories are fitting of the look. Its just those feet, Me no likey.
Also spotted at the Murakami event for MOCA was JOY BRYANT in an outfit I could not really appreciate. It just looks like too much is going on and there are too many articles of clothing here. The layered dress, the tights, the jacket...it's all looks crowded. I don't like the shoes either. Maybe next time....
Last is a woman who usually looks fabulous, but I just don't know what KELLY ROWLAND was thinking with this hot pink velvet suit. Actually as, I look at it more and more, it's not that bad. She has a very cute figure and it kind of works....but since it was my first reaction to place it in this section...I'm going to go with my first instinct.
