It's official: Vegas is where I'm trying to be when 2008 arrives. Not just anywhere in Vegas either, but the 40/40 club to be exact. It seems the power couple we have come to know as "Bigga" or "Jayonce" will both be hitting the stage to kick off the grand opening of Sean Carter's newest addition to the 40/40 Family. This club is the fifth addition to his growing number of locations. The other locations of the clubs include: New York, Atlantic City, Tokyo, and Macau.
Membership to the club ranges from $800.00-$1500.00/year but is very limited. And for the right price, throwing a party there is fairly easy. The Las Vegas location was a reported $20 million dollar project, and is set to open December 30th. It is located in the Palazzo, an extension of the beautiful Venetian hotel. According to the club's spokesperson, "The multi-level upscale sports bar and lounge will feature 85 Plasma screen TV’s for the ultimate in sports and entertainment and perfect for enjoying your favorite sporting event. In addition to the main room, the new club also offers 5 exclusive VIP rooms that fans of The 40/40 Club have become accustomed to in New York City. The interior consists of 24kt gold and platinum floors, as well as five, 40 foot bi-level bars throughout the club. 
The space will also include an additional 3,000 square foot bar and lounge area on the outdoor terrace." Looks like this is going to be amazing. My only question is: are the reports about Carter and Magic Johnson opening a location here in LA true? Oh and my other question is: can I get a ticket?:)
